Whole Pork Share
We are offering half and whole pig shares this year! To secure your share today we take a 30% deposit of the estimated total pig cost - $450 for a whole pig and $225 for a half pig. Once your pig is harvested and sent to the butcher for processing you will receive a final invoice from the farm. This will have have your price per pound ($6/LB) plus slaughter fees ($65/whole pig, $33/half pig).
Harvest date is set for end January 2025 and pick up is available approximately 1 week after. Your shares will be available to pick up from Stratton’s Custom Meats & Smokehouse, 705 Pine Valley Road Hoosick Falls, NY 12090. At pick up you will get your invoice for your cut and wrap fees and payment is due on site.
